New York Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Center Introduction

少林功夫起源于中国,是中国十大国粹之一,并被联合国教科文组织认定为宝贵的世界非物质文化遗产。纽约少林寺功夫中心是一所致力于教授传统少林功夫的武术学校,秉持禅拳一体的教学理念。我们的训练不仅可以提升学生的力量、速度、柔韧性和自卫技巧,同时也培养他们的尊重、纪律、自律和善念等优秀品质。 Shaolin Kung Fu, originating from China, is one of the top ten national treasures of Chinese culture and has been recognized as a valuable UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The New York Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Center is a martial arts school dedicated to teaching traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, emphasizing the harmony of Zen and martial arts. Our training not only enhances students’ strength, speed, flexibility, and self-defense skills, but also instills values of respect, discipline, self-control, and kindness.

本中心由蓝超海师傅担任校长,他是嵩山少林寺第34代俗家弟子,法名延深。自1999年以来,蓝师傅已累计教授少林功夫二十余年,现任嵩山少林寺海外总会副会长兼总教练、美国武术家协会创始人兼常务副会长、美国河南同乡会副会长。在他的带领下,功夫中心的团队受邀参加了上百场武术活动,并在各种比赛和演出中屡获殊荣,深受赞誉。 Our center is led by Master Chao-Hai Lan, a 34th-generation lay disciple of the Songshan Shaolin Temple, also known by his Buddhist name Yan Shen. With over two decades of teaching experience since 1999, Master Lan currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Instructor of the Songshan Shaolin Temple Overseas Headquarters, the Founder and Executive Vice President of the US Wushu Masters Association, and the Vice President of the Henan Association of Eastern. Throughout his career, he has been invited to participate in numerous martial arts events, leading his team in various performances and competitions, earning widespread acclaim and numerous awards.
